My cleaning out process usually takes about half an hour. I have one of those hand held bum guns. A few short burst to flush out the large chunks, and then top up the tank to it's brim. I've timed it where I can usually take about 3.5-4 litres. Than sit there for half an hour while jiggling my stomach from side to side and the occasional slow fist push from side to side. I know when I'm empty as the last gush finishes with a huge gush of air. Then I'm good to go deep. Rarely do I see anything on my toys or fruit. lol.
I have a short hose and anal nozzle hooked up in my bath so when I want to play I get the water temp right for my asshole then shove the nozzle up my asshole until I am full and I flush into a bucket. I do this several times to try to be fully clean esp if I playing with someone. I don't worry about a bit of crap on my toys. Or on a guy's cock if I didn't flush well enough. It's easy to clean a dirty cock.
Actually, it was in the middle of winter on a sunny day. It was cold. When it's warm water, it opens the inner sphincter and starts to fill me inside. I only do that when I plan to play for the day. I usually take about 3-4 litres in to get a full flush. It takes a while but the end game is worth it as there is usually nor crap on my toys.
