So today we're going to do a chest opener. There's a lot of props you can use to do the same variation.

You can use yoga blocks, you can use the roller, and you can also use a big pillow.

I will just demonstrate each one for you so you can see the variations.

I'm going to start with the roller.

I'm going to move those to the side.
